~Halloween '08~

This Halloween Marcey dressed as Tinkerbell and Jaron went as Peter Pan. We wanted Mikayla to be Wendy...But, she was with the band at a football game. So, Trevor and I took the two characters Trick-or-Treating. Jaron is an old pro. Marcey had the time of her little life. Before she could get candy in her pumpkin, she was ready to go to the next house. It was a beautiful, South Carolina night and we had a great time!

Fall Festival Fun Day!!!

Today, we spent our afternoon Fall festival hopping. We started at our church with lots of games, hot dogs, candy, face painting and even a toy walk. After we helped with the clean up and loaded up all of our loot, we headed on over to Oak Grove United Methodist Church for their festival too! We had more food, games, fun prizes, and trunk or treating. We sure got allot of candy today. It was a fun and busy evening. We came home and had a bath and went straight to bed!

~Windy Hill Apple Orchard '08~

This past Saturday, our Momtime group from church took all of the kiddos to the Windy Hill Apple Orchard in York, SC. The kids seemed most excited about riding the church bus. We packed a picnic lunch and lots of snacks and dvd's and hit the road. All of the families had a great day on the hayride, testing the fresh apple cider, feeding the animals and hearing the story of Johnny Appleseed in the sunflower maze. It was a fun...but, long day!
